Fall Festival – Wanna Help?
Life House is planning on having a Fall Festival on Oct. 31 with simple games and refreshments for the community children and youth. It’s our desire to give them a place to go, someplace safe and yet fun on this night. We are in need of “simple toys” – (McDonald’s Happy Meal Toys – trinkets, nothing costly) and we are in need of BAKED GOODS for the “cake walk”. We do not need large cakes- we need cupcakes, cookies and small baked goods (that can be placed in small sandwich bags) and prepackaged/pre wrapped candy to be given away as prizes. We also need lots and lots of WIENERS (for hot dogs) We also could use ANY and ALL volunteers to come help us “do” the games and help set up, clean up and supervise the event. I will bake some cookies. Do we need to put them in sandwhich bags or will yall do that? Also, will shoot up either some weiners or candy yalls way. When do you need all this by?

I can bake rice krispie treats and cookies for you about how many dozen do you need me to do. Do they need to be in the bags when I deliver them – I will be glad to do that to save you some time. I will also bring candy. When do you need to have these at the church? I will contact Patty to see if she has anything that she can send also. I am unsure if I can help but will let you know by next week.
I read your facebook messages everyday and my heart is always thrilled by the work God is doing. I am going to New Beginnings and Bro. Micah is such a blessing. Please keep us in your prayers as we are still looking for a place of our own. We serve such a awesome God!!!
