PRAYER NEEDED…WILL YOU PRAY?
URGENT PRAYER NEEDS….
FIRST, one of our Partner Churches, Dallas Avenue Baptist Church Family needs our prayers. The storms last night made a direct hit on Mena, AR and it seems that many buildings downtown were destroyed. Sent e-mail to Bro. Donnie and he sent message back that Dallas Avenue was/is acting as a shelter for people and that the city needs chainsaws to start cleanup. Pray for the citizens of Mena and for Dallas Avenue Church Family as they seek to reach out to those who are affected by the storm. Who knows…(God does) this may enable the gospel to go forward in such a way and people be saved and lives changed in that area. PRAY PRAY PRAY!
Secondly – pray for our event tonight at Life House… We are showing “The Passion Of The Christ” and we are hoping for several from the community to show up. We don’t expect a huge crowd but do expect God to send several new faces. Pray!
SIDE NOTE:
Also, we will be working on stuffing bags with cotton candy this afternoon and tonight so help if you can!
LASTLY – Pray for our College Hill Community Wide Easter Egg Event. We have 8,200 eggs and it’s going to be a major undertaking for a small mission church. If you are part of one of our sister churches and you would like to help – show up at Life House at 7:30 a.m. in the morning or come to Bramble Park in College Hill by 8. Pray that every gospel egg that goes out will tell a story to some heart. Pray for those teams who will be presenting the Easter Story to all four groups that will be there. I’m praying for the “LORD OF THE HARVEST” to “SEND FORTH LABOURERS INTO THE HARVEST”. Come help us reach College Hill tomorrow if you can. PRAY! God is going to use this event to get the word out that JESUS IS ALIVE – EVEN IN COLLEGE HILL!!!
Can’t wait till Easter !! IT’s FRIDAY – BUT PRAISE GOD — SUNDAY IS COMING!!!! HE LIVES!!! Pastor James

Jo’s niece works for some sort of AR disaster department (she’s usually the one sending out press releases, talking to reporters, etc.) and I had seen in a twitter post that Dallas Ave. was acting as a shelter. Do you know if they have enough volunteers, food, water, etc.?
